Una storia di tenacia e ottimismo.
La Arditi nasce come realtà produttiva nel 1960 dalla volontà del suo fondatore e attuale presidente, ing. Angelo Arditi.
Alla sede storica di Brembilla (BG), che si sviluppa su un’area di circa 20.000 m2 di cui 13.000 m2 coperti, si è affiancata nel 2004 la sede logistica di Terno d’Isola con una superficie coperta di 4300 m2.
Il costante investimento in impianti produttivi totalmente automatizzati d’avanguardia ha consentito un progressivo affiancamento alla iniziale produzione di prodotti in materiale termoindurente (resina fenolica) di quella in materiale termoplastico che risulta essere oggi la predominante.
Contemporaneamente l’azienda ha investito in risorse umane (vanta oggi 110 dipendenti circa) potenziando così tutte le funzioni aziendali: una particolare attenzione è stata posta alla ricerca e sviluppo dotandola di strumenti moderni come CAD tridimensionali e software di simulazione di stampaggio.
Gli sforzi compiuti hanno portato sia ad un miglioramento della qualità (il sistema di qualità aziendale è, infatti, stato certificato in conformità alla norma UNI-EN-ISO 9001 dal CSQ nell’Ottobre del 1996 e successivamente nell’Ottobre 2002 alla UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 VISION), sia ad un aumento della quantità del prodotto finito tali da poter soddisfare una clientela sempre più esigente e internazionale: dislocata dall’Europa al Medio Oriente e Nord d’Africa, dal Sud America fino al Far East.
La qualità del prodotto, la qualità del processo
In un mercato fortemente competitivo e in costante evoluzione diventa di vitale importanza per la Arditi poter soddisfare le richieste della clientela in tempi sempre più rapidi, proponendo nuovi prodotti, una variegata gamma di referenze a catalogo, ma anche fornire un valore aggiunto in termini di servizio offerto alla clientela (Commerciale, Tecnico, Logistico, ecc.).
Il Catalogo tecnico Arditi può vantare un’ampia gamma di attacchi in grado di rispondere alle esigenze applicative delle diverse tipologie di apparecchi di illuminazione oggi presenti sul mercato. Tutto questo grazie ad un costante impegno dell’area tecnica e di ricerca e sviluppo che ha portato anche alla realizzazione di articoli brevettati.
I prodotti Arditi rispondono alle norme Europee (EN) ed Internazionali (IEC) vigenti (dove esistenti). Tale conformità è attestata da un lato dalla marcatura CE (dove applicabile), obbligatoria ai fini legislativi, dall’altro da marchi di qualità volontari rilasciati dai più prestigiosi Istituti di Certificazione internazionali, tra i quali citiamo ad esempio: ENEC, IMQ, VDE, BSI, LCIE, UL, SEMKO, ecc.
A story of determination and optimism.
Arditi was set up as a production facility in 1960 by its founder and current chairman, the engineer Angelo Arditi. The original headquarters at Brembilla (province of Bergamo) consist of about 20,000 m2, of which, 13,000 m2 is indoors and in 2004 a 4,300 m2 logistics facility was set up in Terno d’Isola.
Constant investment in totally automated state-of-the-art productive facilities enabled the initial production of thermosetting products (phenolic resin) to be complemented by the production of thermoplastic products, which now predominates.
At the same time, the company invested in human resources (today it has about 110 employees), and thereby increasing the scope of all parts of the company. Great emphasis has been placed on research and development investing in modern tools such as 3D CAD and software for simulating moulding.
These efforts have both improved quality (the management system for company quality was in fact registered to UNI-EN-ISO 9001: 1994 by QSC in October 1996 and subsequently to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 VISION in October 2002), and have increased the output of finished products so as to satisfy customers who are becoming increasingly demanding and international, ranging from Europe, the Middle East, North Africa to South America and the Far East.
In December 2001 Arditi S.p.A. was registered to ISO 14001.
Quality product, quality processes
In a highly competitive and constantly developing market it becomes of vital importance to Arditi to be able to meet the needs of clients increasingly quickly, offering new products and a varied reference range in the catalogue, but also providing additional value in terms of services offered to customers (sales, technical, logistic, etc.).
Arditi’s technical catalogue offers a wide range of solutions perfectly suited to the diverse requirements of the lighting industry. This is the result of an on-going commitment in our technical and research and development departments, a commitment that has also led to the development of patented articles.
Arditi’s products comply with the European (EN) and International (IEC) standards in force, where they exist. This is attested, on one hand, by the CE marking (where applicable), mandatory for legislative purposes, and, on the other hand, by the voluntary marks issue by the most important international certification organisations, for example: ENEC, IMQ, VDE, BSI, LCIE, UL, SEMKO, etc.
